All ASU Online students have access to 24/7 tutoring through Tutor.com. They receive three (3) free tutoring hours per session.
Free tutoring hours automatically refresh at the start of every A/B session.
The only time Tutor.com is unavailable is over ASU's Winter Break.
If your students would like to request additional time, please guide them to the "Connect with a Tutor Now" tab to read the message in the blue box that specifies the process to request additional tutoring time.
The blue box contains information about how they can request additional time, and it is good to get students in the habit of reading the information provided there—instead of telling them what action to take—so they always know what to do even if the process changes.

Depending on their college, major, or classes, your students may also have access to additional tutoring resources.
Online W.P. Carey School of Business: Academic Support Network (ASU Tutoring)
ASU Local students: Academic Support Network (ASU Tutoring)
Fulton Schools of Engineering: Fulton Tutoring Center
Non-Fulton majors in engineering courses can access Fulton Tutoring
Psychology majors: Psychology Online Writing Center (POW-C)
Etc. (any college-specific tutoring that colleges or schools offer students that are not tied to ASN, Online students can access)
If you would like to highlight the available tutoring services, especially at the beginning of a session, feel free to direct your students to the "24/7 Tutoring through Tutor.com" page in Module 0. That page gives learners an overview of what is available to them through Tutor.com, what they can expect from this service, and how to access it.
You might get questions from your online students about what tutoring services are available, such as "Is tutoring free for ASU Online students?" or "Do you offer tutoring?" In response to questions like these, you can direct learners to the "24/7 Tutoring through Tutor.com" page in Module 0.
